TLC announces leadership content
alliance with TypeA
|
PORTLAND, MAINE (1 September 2005)
-Type A is pleased to announce a dynamic partnership
with Targeted Learning Corporation (TLC), a premier
provider of leadership development content.
Key among TLCs offerings is its
Leadership Development Channel™, an expansive
leadership content library featuring over 300 live
and interactive, video-based training programs. The
programs appeal to employees at all levels, from
entry-level to executive management, and feature
some of the world's leading business gurus, authors,
and CEOs, including Stephen Covey, Cokie Roberts,
and Pat Lencioni.
“Type A is the ideal partner for
TLC," says Taavo Godtfredsen, Senior Vice-President
of TLC. "Their ability to take our high-impact, live
webinar events to the next level by creating dynamic
tools and applications drives real learning.”
Partnering with TLC puts Type A in a
position to incorporate expert leadership content
into the highly customized employee development
programs it designs for its own world-class
clientele — at a fraction of the effort it would
take to develop or acquire such content from
scratch.
“We’re very excited to offer our
clients access to TLCs Leadership Development
Channel,” explains Anna Belyaev, CEO of Type A.
“There’s no leadership development initiative that
can’t be enriched by content from the world’s best
minds on the subject. Plus, TLCs content complements
Type A’s e-learning campaign format in so many ways,
we can now provide our clients a much wider range of
options for meeting their strategic objectives.”
At a time when organizations around
the globe are rushing about to solve an impending
leadership crisis, the partnership recently formed
between Type A and TLC is both timely and strategic.
“Type A is committed to helping its clients make a
major difference in areas of their business that
really matter,” Belyaev suggests. “If our clients
fail to equip the next generation of leaders before
today’s leaders make their exit — everyone suffers.
Clearly, the emerging leader crisis is a problem
that matters, now.”
In every endeavor, Type A and TLC
share a common goal: to deliver training that
inspires employees to be exceptional leaders and
innovators. “We are in this business to make a
difference and to help people grow professionally
and personally," Godtfredsen affirms. "This is who
we are.” |
